We manufacture our Sterile Filters with mirror-polished, antimagnetic stainless steel housings to ensure 100% sterile filtration of air and gases. They are polished to Ra < 0.4µ and are either 304 or 316L stainless steel, depending on your requirements. The housings are rated to 250 psi operating pressure. They feature a sanitary design with a quick releasing main body clamp and your choice of inlet/discharge connection types. And as with all of our stainless-steel filters, these filters are backed by a no-excuse, five-year unlimited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Our elements have stainless-steel support sleeves and Microair Filter Media that is 100% binder free, which eliminates the possibility of microorganism grow through. We ensure constant efficiency under the most arduous application conditions, even with 100% excess loading, with the extra binder -free support fiber web, which holds the actual submicrofiber web rigidly in place. Zero Migration is our standard. They are sterilizable using steam or hydrogen peroxide. When sterilized the H202 deposits must be drained from the housing.
Elements for Sterile Filters
Elements have a double O-ring, plug-in, bayonet-type connection with machined stainless steel upper and lower end caps to ensure consistent fit, stainless steel support sleeves. They are in-situ steam sterilizable. The housings also accept all standard propylene, polyethylene elements with #222 and #226 design molded end caps.

Steam Filters
Steam filters are used to clean the output of pressurized steam systems, which typically experience contaminants commonly found in steam sources, such as dirt, rust, and scale particulates. Contaminants will dramatically reduce the life and efficiency of any filter element contained downstream of the steam source. Our filters for cleaning steam sources will effectively remove the coarse particulates prior to the steam being introduced to the downstream filters, such as sterile filters for in-situ sterilization, thereby increasing their functional life. Our “STF” filters are the most economical solution to remove the contaminants outline in the text above. The elements for the filters are composed of sintered stainless steel, which allows them to effectively clean the steam before being introduced to downstream filters. Sintered stainless steel elements are also able to be cleaned for reuse, thereby reducing operating costs.
Applications and Construction of Steam Filters
Application — Our filters are found in every S.I.C. coded industry that requires purified steam. They are typically found in food processing, beverage, brewing, pharmaceuticals, and process applications. They are also used extensively in the chemical and petro chemical industries. And as stated previously, they are found anywhere a sterile compressed air system is employed.
Housings — The filters are constructed of stainless steel and are rated at 250psi operating pressure. They feature a sanitary design with a quick releasing main body clamp, as well as designed for industrial use with NPTF inlet/discharge and/or sanitary-flanged Tri-Clover connections. Our filters are available in single or multiple element housings with inlets and outlet sizes ranging from 1/4″ to 12″. And as with all of our stainless-steel filters, these filters are backed by a no-excuse, five-year unlimited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Lenticular Filters
Lenticular filters are pre-filters and polishing filters that are designed as an alternative to plate and frame filters commonly used in wineries and breweries, dairies, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemicals industries. Because they do not suffer from leakage (product loss) that plate and frame filters do, our filters used in this capacity have a distinct production advantage. And since they are fully enclosed, they provide more hygienic function, as they can be sterilized with steam or hot water for sanitary operation.
Constructed of food-grade 304 or 316L stainless steel, our filters will provide years of worry-free operation. And as with all of our stainless-steel filters, our filters are backed by a no-excuse, Two-year unlimited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Fabrication
Our filter housings are fabricated of either 304 or 316L stainless steel, depending on your needs. The housings have inlet/discharge connections—either sanitary, flange, or stub-end connections—that range from 1” to 3” and are available with up to 4 filter modules with either 12” or 16” disks. All stainless steel housings come with a mirror-polished finish of Ra < 0.4 µm, both internally and externally—far exceeding the 3A Dairy specifications.
High Pressure CNG Injection filters
Introducing Our new line of patented ultra high-pressure CNG Injection Filters (compressed natural gas injection filters) for enhanced oil recovery. We’ve designed these filters specifically for natural gas and petroleum producers to use in the secondary production phase, injecting natural gas into the waning formation to enhance production of an existing production well.
The filter housing’s patented design features a unique seamless, no-weld design and is manufactured of forged carbon steel capable of 9,000 psi operational pressures. The no-weld design ensures housing integrity, while bringing down the overall unit cost. Filter cartridge elements are top loaded; therefore, the housing can remain in place for element replacement. Ultimately, this feature dramatically reduces downtime in the field during regular maintenance cycles.
